CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as CNC Programmers/Operators. Immediate openings are available for both entry-level and experienced candidates.
This position involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision components in a manufacturing environment. On-the-job training is available for candidates eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Responsibilities include writing up and modifying CNC cutter paths and programs, set up tools and equipment for machining operations, operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently, and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
ENTRY LEVEL LABORER:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Mold Assembly Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing and mold assembly.
Employees will receive hands-on training while learning how to assemble, clean, maintain, and prepare molds used in plastic injection and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced production environment.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic will be the best fit for the job. High school diploma or GED is preferred.
MOLD POLISHER
ASSEMBLY & DISASSEMBLY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mold Polisher to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for refining, polishing, and finishing mold surfaces used in plastic injection and die-cast manufacturing.
The Mold Polisher plays a key role in ensuring molds meet high-quality and precision standards to support optimal product performance and appearance. The position refines and finishes mold surfaces (using stones, emery paper, and polishing compounds) to meet high-precision specifications for plastic injection or die-cast manufacturing. They remove tool marks and defects, working to ensure a smooth, often mirror-like surface to maintain product quality.
The role requires high attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
