INJECTION MOLD MAINTENANCE TECH:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Injection Mold Maintenance Technician. This position would be responsible for the assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and ensuring components are properly fitted. The use of hand tools, power tools, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and following basic instructions are required for this position.
On-the-Job training can be provided, but candidates with experience in the injection mold assembly, tool & die, machining, mechanical assembly, or related manufacturing environment experience will be preferred.
This position is available for 1st and 2nd shift; position depends on availability.
2nd SHIFT ENTRY LEVEL LABORER:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Mold Assembly Laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in manufacturing and mold assembly.
Employees will receive hands-on training while learning how to assemble, clean, maintain, and prepare molds used in plastic injection and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include using hand tools to assemble components based on prints, inspecting parts for quality, and adhering to safety protocols, typically with on-the-job training and no prior experience needed.
MOLD POLISHER ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mold Polisher to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for refining, polishing, and finishing mold surfaces used in plastic injection and die-cast manufacturing.
The Mold Polisher plays a key role in ensuring molds meet high-quality and precision standards to support optimal product performance and appearance. The position refines and finishes mold surfaces (using stones, emery paper, and polishing compounds) to meet high-precision specifications for plastic injection or die-cast manufacturing. They remove tool marks and defects, working to ensure a smooth, often mirror-like surface to maintain product quality.
The role requires high attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
