Capabilities

Penco Tool specializes in the design and manufacture of large aluminum and steel prototype molds, industrial compression molds, injection-compression molds and injection molds up to 20 tons in size.

The company provides compression molds for contract molders and OEM's that mold glass reinforced products utilizing mat, preform and sheet molding compound (SMC).

Customers use the company's injection molds for both thermoset glass reinforced products as well as thermoplastic products. In addition to providing superior mold building services, Penco Tool also provides exceptional mold revision and repair services.

We specialize in the design and manufacture of aluminum and steel prototype molds in order to provide customers with a mold that has qualities closely resembling production capabilities in order to provide accurate process data and production level information.

Penco's staff has many years of plastic molding, manufacturing and engineering experience to complement the company's mold building capabilities.
